Conferences, open houses, and photo days

Find key details to help prepare for the 2026-27 school year. Use the filters to view information by event, such as open houses, supply lists, photo days, and conferences.

Conference dates

MyConferenceTime is the portal where parents can select conference times that work best. Some school pages may not be updated for 2025-26 until September. If a link is not provided, contact the school directly to schedule.

Photo days

Posts include fall picture day events by school or site. If a school is not listed, Lifetouch may not have finalized its date or retake date. Information will be updated as it becomes available.

School supply lists and open house events

School names link to supply lists. Additional details may be provided at open houses. For specific supply questions, contact your school directly.

Note: High schools do not have school-wide supply lists.

Save receipts for school supplies

Minnesota Revenue offers two valuable tax benefits for families who purchase school supplies for K–12 students: the K-12 Education Credit and Subtraction. These benefits can reduce taxes or increase refunds, but only if receipts are saved. Eligible expenses include most school supplies, field trips, and musical instruments for school band.

It’s important that each family completes the verification process and the online back-to-school forms before the first day of school. Verification ensures that each student’s school has confirmed emergency contact information and releases for the safety of each student.
